Is there any solution for searching product photos automatically?

I sell luxury brands clothes (f.x. DSQARED2) 

And I'm searching for any solution to add photos (search for photos) automatically to product cards? 

Is there some app or smth else to do that? 

Also I need to make process of writing product description automatically

So how to do that?

I assume you got a lot of products and you need to be able to automatically searching any missing images from Google images and descriptions during importing? The obvious concern is the accuracy of those auto retrieved images if you decide to let software algo to take over. And also there is potential copyright issue.  

How are you adding the product images now?
