We use Shopify as our e-commerce platform and Gorgias as our CX CRM for managing customer complaints.

Gorgias integrates with Shopify, displaying order details alongside support tickets.

However, to keep our warehouse team informed of complaints in real time, we manually send order info, photos, and delivery details through a Slack workflow. This adds unnecessary data entry and administration for our CX team.

We are hoping that someone has an idea of a program which that integrates with Shopify (at an order level) to streamline complaint submissions, allowing us to attach files and customise fields for real-time warehouse access without duplicating information.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Alicia,
this is a common issue. Quick fix: use Shopify flow + Slack’s API to auto-send order alerts with attachments. It’s not perfect, but it’ll reduce manual work.

For custom fields and real-time syncing, you’ll need a tool that bridges Shopify, Gorgias, and your warehouse system. I’ve tested a few solutions, so feel free to DM me and I’ll share what worked (no promo, just tactics).
