Issue with connection facebook business manager to shopify

I want to install my facebook pixel but when I try to link my facebook business account to my store with the META shopify app, the following message pops up:

Account Name Not Allowed

The name you chose for this Commerce Manager account is not valid. Please choose another.

How can I fix this?
