Issue with installation of production app to the store

I have deployed my remix app code to Google's Cloud Run service. Also created a mysql db on google cloud. I created an app named "Curatist Prod" on shopify manually and copied the app link provided by cloud run service into the app's url section. But when I try to install this app to my store, it shows "Application Error" or "Service Unavailable". 

Also on the cloud run, it detects an error called "Prisma session table not found" as soon as my app installation fails. I am sure that the database is created and the session table exists as I could confirm by connecting to the server remotely via "MySQL Workbench".
