We are encountering an issue with the Tipo auction app. The developers have informed us that the multi-currency option is causing problems when customers bid. Consequently, the widget displays the incorrect bid amount if a customer bids with a different currency. It fails to automatically convert to CAD, our primary currency, as it should. This is a time-sensitive issue as we are currently conducting the auction as a non-profit.
For instance, a $400 USD bid is processed as a $400 CAD bid by the system. Therefore, it appears that customers need to manually select the Canadian CAD option at the bottom of the page in their browser to place future bids on any items. Is there a workaround available?
