I am reaching out to report a few issues I’ve been experiencing after the recent updates to my store:
Orders Not Visible in App
I can no longer view my orders in the app. Instead, I’m seeing a message that says, “Manage your orders. You’ll get notified on your first order.” This is causing a significant disruption in managing orders.
Tracking Number Scanning Issue
When scanning tracking numbers for order fulfillment, I’m being redirected to the home page instead of staying on the order fulfillment page. After this, I have to manually navigate back to the orders page to confirm the scan. This is creating a repetitive workflow issue.
Theme Customization Glitch
When editing the theme, particularly fields or blocks, the page freezes and I am unable to move or adjust the field. I have to refresh the page, and this issue persists even after multiple attempts.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues as soon as possible. Please let me know if you need any further details or screenshots to help troubleshoot.

I'm experiencing this issue also - In the app my orders have disappered completely and I see the same message as yourself. Issue started on 14th Nov.
I contacted an advisor about this and was advised that the development team are aware and they are working on fixing it in the next update. I understand this is an issue for us but I just wanted to let you know you're not alone in experiencing this issue and my advice is to keep looking out for the next update.
