Issues connecting SHOP to facebook & Instagram

I have a facebook business page. 

I have an instagram page. 

When trying to connect the pages to my shop, I am getting all kinds of erros. 

Do you know how to contact facebook support?

These are the error messages: 

"This facebook page is owned by another business manager" that is false. 

Do you know a wy I can contact them to fix this?

Thank you for sharing this in the community. You mentioned that you've created a Facebook and Instagram page and are in the process of connecting it to your Shopify account. You're currently seeing an error message that your Facebook page is owned by another business manager. I understand this is preventing you from verifying your domain within the Facebook Sales Channel.

In order to claim the Business Manager account, you'll need to review the Facebook Channel Troubleshooting table of contents and confirm that you're the Admin of the business page. I recommend taking a look at this community post here that includes steps for ensuring you have the correct Facebook Business page permissions.

If you do not have access to the other Facebook Business Manager that has claimed your domain, I recommend contacting Facebook Support directly in order assist you with this. By having this domain removed, you'll be able to claim it within your Business Manager connected to the Facebook Sales Channel.
