Why isn't Linkpop working properly in Shopify?

Hi,

 

I think I'm either missing something or Linkpop isn't working for me. 

When I click on the Linkpop link on the Desktop, I get this message.

From my mobile app, I'm getting "Web page not available etc net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

 

When I go to Linkpop from my desktop, there I have all of my items published and I cannot see that I have anything else to do, or is this all correct. This message just seems to imply there's something missing.

 

Could anyone shed any light please?

I haven't run into either of these error messages with Linkpop yet, but I want to help you resolve the issue. I know you mentioned one is appearing on desktop and the other on mobile. Can you tell me specifically which browsers and devices you're using?

 

Here are some troubleshooting steps to try in the meantime:

  • make sure you're logged into your store as the account owner
  • clear the cache and cookies in your browser
  • try another browser, and try Incognito mode / a private browsing window
  • try another network (like cellular data instead of WiFi)

Sometimes things like stored data or browser extensions can cause error messages like this, so I hope these troubleshooting steps help. If the issue persists, you can also get in touch with our team through the Shopify Help Center for further investigation and troubleshooting.
