JavaScript file issues identified by the Avada SEO team related to the "goodhl" app who are 'goodhl'

After doing an SEO analysis on my website using the AVADA SEO Suite app, they found a JavaScript file issues identified by team related to the "goodhl" app.

but I don't know what app this is and I don't even have anything similar to this currently.

Could you help to better understand who it would be or how to resolve this?
