Just installed Order Print but nothing appearing when i click "More Actions"

I've just installed Order Print as I need an ap to print out the items that are on each customer's orders, to give to our packing guys. However when I click on More Actions nothing is available in the drop down. I've tried in the App and in Shopify Admin, nothing? Any suggestions. Is this the best free App to use, all I need is the list and quantity of items on each persons order, so I can print this off, so we know what to put in what box.  Thanks in advance Aisling
