Hello - we need help adding the "Notify Me" or "Back in Stock" snippet for Klaviyo to our Prestige Theme's code.
We followed the Klaviyo instructions on their website/help articles but it is not working.
We also reached out to both Klaviyo & Maestrooo (Prestige Theme Dev) for help but they are both shifting responsibility to each other.
Please help 🙂

That's strange btw I suggest if they are not working, disable one and use an alternative.

I think the main responsibility for this case is for Klaviyo. Have you tried inserting their code into your pages but it didn't work?
That's correct, we followed the instructions on their page and the new code did nothing to our product pages. Thanks for replying.
You will need to install their app also.
Or integrate their script tags into your store for the snippets to work.
If you have done all this but it still not work, you should get back to Klaviyo with more context info. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
