Klaviyo Reviews App Not Showing Up

Hello! I can't figure out why Klaviyo Reviews app won't show up in my theme editor nor at all. I am using a custom theme I bought and customized from Etsy. I followed the steps from Klaviyo after I customized my app widget. Klaviyo Reviews does not show up in my app embeds switch on/off list either. When I try to add the widget as a new section, it shows up in the apps list just fine but when I put it onto my site it is just a blank space. 

Can someone please help me?
