Linesheet Generation

Hi! there, 

I am looking for a functionality where customers are able to create a line sheet from the boot they select on the website. This is for the B2B side of business where a wholesaler would come in or a sales rep would come in and pick different boots and add them to linesheet finally able to generate a pdf with the boot information and a header/footer. 

Is something like this possible? Can anyone suggest me apps or custom feature to perform this or a pdf writer to achieve the results. See attached screenshot for output expected.

Apps may not fit the use-case because most are created with the merchant as the end-user(creator) not the merchants-customers making custom one-offs.

Instead of a monthly print app this can be done with advanced theme customizations either using frontend pdf libraries, or in most browsers already supporting printing/saving pages as pdfs.

And or if the pdf needs to be emailable etc a custom process can be built to generate pdf and email them etc using more affordable and flexible automation tools like mechanic:
