Link for different languages

Hello,

I installed Track123 as an application to track order progression.

My problem now is with translations. Since I have to add a fixed link into Main menu (navigation.

xxx.com/apps/tracking

But to get the page in german i would need a link to open this page:
xxx.com/de/apps/tracking

Is there anyway to dinamically set this?
