Linkpop page creation - error message

Hello,

I'm trying to set up a linkpop page. 

I'm trying to create a profile and this error message is appearing.

Any help gratefully received as I can't even speak to anyone of the Shopify help chat 😕

Hi @Cotswold_Cubs_ 👋 that should be the myshopify subdomain name of the store not the regular domain name assigned to shopify.
