Listing products from Shopify to Etsy

I want to open up an Etsy shop but I would like to know what's the best way to add my products, images, prices on Shopify to Etsy, that is quick and easy?  I want to be able to manage my stock between the two so if an item sells on etsy the shopify stock will adjust accordingly and the other way around.

I know there is apps which can help but I don't want to pay a fortune on them but I also would like recommendations for easy to use ones.

There are a number of apps out there that do this task, some do charge more than others.

One I would suggest you take a look at is the 'Realtime Stock Sync & Bundling' App.

They support syncing between multiple platforms and not just Etsy. They have a perfect rating with great customer support. (important)

They charge around 30 a month, but it mentions that you could potentially negotiate better pricing.

I downloaded cedcommerce (etsy integration) which has worked great and if you sell on shopify it will update on etsy and also the other way around.  Its annoying to pay the costs but it's actually pretty good. 
You simply upload to etsy using the app as long as you have a SKU in place which is what it reads from to count each product but overall pretty good
