Local Delivery app that allows to set different rates based on time of day

We offer 24 hour a day delivery 7 days a week and handle the deliveries ourselves. Currently we use Shipday and we are looking for an app that allows you to customize different local delivery rates based on time of day (like anything between 9pm-9am, it charges X amount and anything 9am-9pm it charges X amount). There has to be an app that allows such customization for delivery rates based on time of day but we are not seeming to find one. Any help would be appreciated.

We can help you set up shipping rates based on the time of the day using our app JsRates (https://apps.shopify.com/jsrates-shipping-rates). With JsRates, you have complete control over the rates you want to define based on time of the day. 

For this requirement, you store needs to have third-party carrier calculated shipping (CCS) feature activated to display rates at checkout. CCS is available on higher Shopify plans (not available on Shopify Basic plan).  Our app has a free demo plan; you will upgrade to paid plan after the setup is complete and when you are happy with the results.
