Location Based Multi Vendor Routing for Single Product

Hello all,

I'm searching for a solution to route my orders to different fulfilment services/vendors based on the location of the customer. Example below:

Product X is available on my store.
- A customer from NL orders X. This order will be routed to Vendor 1 from NL.
- A customer from GER orders X. This order will be routed to Vendor 2 from GER.

It would be even better if this app also manages the commission for these vendors automatically.

Hi @OopsieHeroes, Duoplane can do exactly this.

1. Order routing based on shipping location: You can customize this for each product and the trustworthy customer support team at Duoplane would be able to assist you with setting it all up. They can also customize it such that if Vendor 1 from NL has ran out of stock, it will automatically be sent to Vendor 2. Furthermore, you can also customize which vendor to use based on their prices if you wish.

2. Manage commission: I'm guessing that you mean the cost of the product being sold. If so, then yes, you can manage the costs of each product in Duoplane. The vendor would also be able to send invoices to you through the Duoplane app, though payment has to be done outside of the app.
