Looking for a Membership app that offers store/loyalty credit

We have a strong community based business with physical stores in the NL and a webshop. We would love to offer an paid membership with different benefits for membes. One of them would be an option to gain loyalty credit for each sale. So lets say 10% 'loyalty credit' of each spend amount. 

So to sum up: paid membership, connected to personal account, loyalty credit by every purchase, and the possibility to use this saves loyalty credit as payment methode for future sales both POS and Online 😉

We're looking for a company/app that can fix/build this for us.
