Looking for a mockup generator app to streamline product designs?

Hi there,

We are using a print on demand company that connects with Shopify as a fulfillment service. When a customer orders a product on our store, our fulfillment service receives an email with the order details and sku numbers in order to fulfill and ship the order to our customer. We don't want to change our print on demand service / fulfillment service because we have a fantastic relationship with them and the quality of products that they offer is really important to us.  

But it's taking way too much time to create new designs on our tees and hoodies. We have to add our new designs to our t-shirt files in Photoshop and save each colour separately, then upload those images into Shopify and create each product like new.

We're on the search for an app that can help us streamline this process. We love Printify's interface for their mockup generator, but we don't want to use Printify because, as we said, we love our current fulfillment service. We've been on the search for a Shopify app that allows us to create product templates within Shopify, so that we can, for example: create a hoodie template with all the images (red, blue, grey, etc.,) colour variations, sizes, sku numbers, description, tags, weight, metadata, etc.,) and then when we want to add a new design we just have to upload the new design file (graphic design png file) to our hoodie template and it populates the design on all the colours for us. 

Right now we have created a basic template in Shopify products with the hoodie details (sku's, sizes, description, variants, etc.) and we duplicate it when we need to create a new design, and we upload the images (that we've created in photoshop) and then edit the sku's if needed. It's a lengthy process and can take a few days to a week just to upload one design on all of our products. 

If any of this is confusing... we're looking to eliminate photoshop. 

We've been looking for an app for close to a year now. We believe we can't be the only shop out there who is on the search for this, so any help would be so greatly appreciated, and hopefully putting this question out there can help other shops looking for a similar thing. 

Looking forward to streamlining our process so we can focus on more important things.  🙂

From what you said, I would highly recommend using the Product Options apps.

Teeinblue (https://apps.shopify.com/teeinblue) is one of the best Product options apps for POD that has live mock-up on the product page.

You can add your stock, color, text as options, then when buyers choose the combination, it will reflect immediately on the based product (white tee or cup)
