Looking for a product rental/subscription app per product with tiers and custom terms

Hi, 

I am looking for a rental subscription app that would apply per item with 3 tiers of rental/subscription options, plus an options to purchase in full. We would like to set up the name of each rental tier. Each tier price would be preset to a percentage of the full price and have different billing periods and terms. There is only one delivery and pick up at end of rental/subscription with a delivery and pick up fee. Would like a calendar view. Would also need reporting to see all products out on rental with location.

For Example

Tier 1 (short term):

Price - 30% of full price

Terms - billed Weekly with 4 week max

Tier 2 (mid term)

Price - 20% of full price

Terms - billed Monthly with 3 month minimum with option to extend or purchase

Tier 3 (long term)

Price - 10% of full price

Terms - billed monthly with 6 month minimum with option to extend or purchase

Tier 4 - Purchase at full price
