Looking for a "special offer" account app

Hello,

I am looking for a "special offer" Shopify app that would allow us or customers to create special accounts that make our products show at a different rate (we would be able to set what these rates are). Is this possible or would I need to hire a developer?

Regarding this concern, we think an offer app that allows customers to make their own offers for their preferred products might be close to your request. In this case, you can check out Make an Offer app that customers can get to set their own affordable prices for the products and the shop owner can get to accept or deny that offer based on their rules.

Yes, It is possible using private App or probably some  Public App available in App store. Can you share the store URL, so that I will suggest you. Also share the more details about app requirement ?
