Looking for a Slideshow app with 3 columns per slide

Hi all, we have a client who's seen the 3 ads per slide on https://www.drinksupermarket.com/ and wants to know if they can have similar on their Shopify site. Does anyone know of such an app?

There is no app available with the same feature but yes we can do it with custom code it's not possible. 

And the reference you shared is using the Owl carousel for it.
