Looking for a specific app to allow custom item selection

Its hard to explain, I have a gaming pc website where you can buy pre-made computers (https://www.astraledgesystems.com)

Im looking for a very specific app that would help me with my store. I cant really explain it so I mocked up a drawing. I know that I might have to figure out how to create and upload it to the website as an API but Im just seeing if theres something already out there. Id like it to be an option to choose from pre-existing media (aka, i upload 5 items in one category and customers can select from a drop down menu which includes price and an image of the item. I can give more information if needed.
