Looking for a subscription loyalty app with bonus product feature?

Hi, Is anyone aware of an app for subscription only loyalty.

Basically I want something that every time a customer renews the subscription, they are provided a product that grows month by month.
eg, after:
month 1 they get 1 bonus product
month 2 they get 2 bonus products
month 3 they get 3 bonus products
month 4 they get 4 bonus products 
etc
etc
etc.
I understand that some people can have 20 or 30 bonus products eventually but that's fine.

If they were to cancel the subscription, they would have to start over.
There are a few requirements:
-Needs to be able to select subscription products only to apply the bonus to.
-Needs to be able to automatically select the bonus products for how long they have been a member.
-Needs to keep track of how many renewal bonuses they have and automatically turn them into a "purchase" with their subscription renewal for that month so the products can all ship together.

Seems like all the other rewards apps want to give out bonus credit to spend on a product, but that doesn't really help with customer retention as they can just save up and blow it all and leave, but if someone has 5-10 accruing months of subscription they wont want to lose that and have to start over so are more likely just to stay on board.
