Looking for an App Like Ultimate Special Offers that won't Slow Down My Site

I'm a huge fan of Ultimate Special Offers, haven't found another deal site I like nearly as much. I like that it's a deal app and they aren't trying to combine themes and other garbage with a deals app. I've tried Bold in the past but that also slowed down my site. Anyone have any suggestions for other apps like Ultimate Special Offers but a bit lighter that won't slow me down?
