Looking for an app that will allow my staff to input product info/descriptions in standard format

We have a retail art gallery and load artwork as products. Each product is going to have a standardized format for the title and description. I would like to find an app that works in our Shopify backend so that my staff can fill out a form for the artwork and it will then be put on a product page using the standard formatting and wording.

Here are two samples to show you what I mean about the wording in the description:

Right now we use a separate database system for input, then export from the database and import into Shopify, so a lot of extra steps.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

I don't know any apps which does what you're asking for. 

The easiest, quickest and cheapest way to do it would with a JavaScript bookmarklet: where basically you've a JavaScript code in your Browsers' bookmarks that when clicked pre fills a given input/textarea with the needed text. Otherwise you can also search for a Browser extension which can do this kind of thing or a final option hire a Developer to build a Shopify app which does that, but in my opinion that's an overkill.

It's an interesting use case you have. We may be able to automate most of the tasks through our platform as we specialise in product data management. Sounds like you just need to create a Shopify description based on a number of other fields - some that are always the same. Once that process runs we would just push up the product to Shopify.
