Looking for an App to pop up when customer leaves Cart (not abandoned)

Hello Shopifiers. I am looking for advice or suggestions for an App (I have searched the store) that will display a POP UP or similar when a Customer has items in their Cart but moves away from the Cart. This is not an Abandoned Cart. Pop Up should be able to offer Incentive or similar please.
Any suggestions please?

i know klaviyo has exit intent popups, asking for email, and you could offer a discount code? then you have their email too
