Looking for an App to recommend a size for a specific breed.

I'm looking for an app that puts some sort of drop-down on the product page which can help consumers determine what size is best for their dog.

For example, consumer clicks the dropdown and selects their dog-breed and it recommends them which size they should buy.

How do you see this work on the backend, meaning when user is looking at some product, how does this tool know which breed goes to what size?

When they click on the drop down menu they would be able to select which dog breed they own and based on what they choose, a specific response will shoot out. So if they click on 'Labrador' it'll say "we recommend you get a size XL!"
