Looking for an app to sell TV services. Box + Monthly Service Together

Thank you ahead of time for anyone that can help.

I am looking for a subscription app where I can charge a one-time payment for a TV box + a monthly fee for the subscription. The first month is the cost of the TV box + the subscription fee, every month after will be the cost of the subscription only.

The apps that I have looked at only allow for the purchase or subscribe and save.

Any help would be much appreciated.
