I am looking for an app where I can set up discounts for a whole collection.

Buy 1 product get 10% off

Buy 2 different products (same collection) get 20% off.

Is there any app available?

The simplest way is to use an auto discount or discount code. Just write the offer on the collection description and there is no need to use an app. Why not use the Shopify discount?
