Looking for an app to set up Google Dynamic Remarketing via business feed (not Merchant Center)

In short, I'm operating on a market where Merchant Center isn't available and would thus need to set up dynamic remarketing via a custom business feed.

I've found tens of apps that integrate with Merchant Center to create product feeds and enable dynamic remarketing but have yet to find one that can set up a csv custom business product feed and tag the site as needed for this alternative dynamic remarketing setup. 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You can use Datafeedwatch to create a custom business data feed for Google Ads. All you need to do is know what attributes to use.
