Looking for an app with back in stock alert and pre-order functions?

Hi,

I'm searching for an app that is able to have an option for a product to be "coming soon".

Not just for pre-ordering but to sign up to a mailing list similar to a back in stock alert.

So essentially, it is combining the back in stock alert function with the pre-order coming soon function.
