Looking for an automatic Instagram to website product tagging app?

Hi there,

I am currently using covet.pics free app to link Instagram grid to my website so shoppers can shop on my website via instagram feed. The problem for me is every product needs to be tagged on my wesite after you have posted on Instagram, manually. Is there an app out there that does this automatically (i.e. when I post on Instagram it automatically tags on my website Instagram feed) for free? 

The 2nd problem I have with this particular app is that it seems to slow my sight down considerably. Is there a more suitable app out there for me.
