Looking for App recommendation - variants, maybe?

HI there,

This might be super simple, but I can't seem to figure it out. I have shirt designs that are available in unisex, women, youth sizes as well as hoodies. How do I say on the unisex product page of a design, for example, that it is also available in women's, youth and hoodies sizes? Is there an app that covers all that? Something more specific and focused than the "you may also like" feature on many themes.
