Looking for App Recommendations: Security Deposits, Calendar Booking with Dynamic Pricing

I’m looking for an efficient app (or combination of apps) that can manage the following features for my event styling and prop hire store, but I want to avoid using too many apps to keep my website fast:

1. Security Deposit Functionality: Ability to collect a security deposit during checkout for hire items, with conditions for refund/forfeiture (e.g., damages or late return).

2. Calendar Integration with Dynamic Pricing: A calendar that allows customers to select event dates, view item availability, and adjust prices automatically based on the specific item being hired (e.g., one item is $30/day, another is $50/day), without needing to create manual pricing rules.

3. Multiple Variants in Cart with Discounts: Customers should be able to add multiple variants of a product (e.g., balloon sizes or colours) to the cart in one go, and I’d like to apply automatic discounts when more items/variants are added (e.g., bulk pricing).

4. Minimal Impact on Site Speed: I want to avoid using too many separate apps, as I’m concerned about slowing down my website’s performance.

Does anyone know of a single app or a minimal combination of apps that can handle these features without significantly affecting site speed? Your recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the suggestions! BookThatApp looks good for the calendar and pricing, but I still need something for security deposits and bulk discounts on variants. Any other app ideas that won’t slow down my site?

I understand that finding a booking calender isn't a hard app or feature to code into my store. Does anyone have a recommendation for security deposits - Shopify doesn't seem to like having extra charges added. This is essential to my shop functionality
