Looking for Developer for App Modification (or a Custom App)

Hello, my store is very pre-order heavy and none of the current apps in the App Store have all the features I need. (I’ve tried them ALL!).  I’m currently using Globo Preorder as it has most of what I need.  I was wondering if anyone had recommendations in regard to a developer who could modify that app to meet my needs or provide a quote on a brand  new custom setup?

Without defining the actual problem your gonna have issues with any development, finding a dev, or getting quotes.

What are the "features you need?

Note that payment capture duration, 7~14 days,  is dictated by payment gateways and apps have no say in that.

I need the ability to manage release date changes that automatically email customers when I change them.  I also need it to be able to work with a variant option app. Lastly, I need topping to automatically integrate with the all upon theme changes.

Lowcode services like zapier , or script automation apps like usemechanic can manage publishing times/dates and send email. Triggered by things in the shopify admin itself like metafield definitions, being put in specific collections, or inventory being added,etc 

If on a shopify Plus plan look at the launchpad app.

Work in what way?

Does that variant option app have an api to integrate with.

Otherwise that's a development complication indicating full custom development where you building 4 systems preorder,product scheduling, email campaigns, and variant option handling. Not including theme considerations.
