Looking for options to offer custom made shirts and suits.

Hi. I'm looking for options that allow me to offer customisable options for hand made shirts and suits within my Shopify store. The ability to offer different multiple choice options with pictures associated costs and then the ability to upload measurements prior to purchase with cost of item changed depending on the selected customistatdoiin. 

For instance 

Fabric 
Collar type

Cuff type 

Sleeve length 

button colours

cuff embroidery 

If there is an app that can do this I'd be happy alternately if I need something custom made I'd be willing to consider this for the right price.
