Looking for subscription + delivery time app

Hi,

I'm looking for an app that combine subscription service with delivery time:

• Offer subscription options/single order
• Offer date/day of the week + time range
• Doesn't take commission on each transaction, I prefer free or monthly plan

For example, customer chose weekly subscription + Thursday between 12:00 - 14:00

Do you know about any kind of app that does that?
