Looking for theme agnostic approach for updating some values on the cart page on the store

Hey guys, I am looking for a solution that works agnostic of the theme used on the store where we need to update the displayed text on the cart page. Specifically following fields: Product title, product price, total price, subtotal.

Any guidance here would be appreciated.
