Loox automatically generated referral codes, not combinable with other codes

I am using the Loox Referral Program, but I have a problem. Every time a new coupon code is automatically generated by Loox, it is not combinable with others. Is there a way to have Loox or Shopify automatically set these to be combinable?

By default, all Loox discount codes are not combinable, but we’re always looking for ways to improve and value our customer's feedback.
