Lorenza Theme - Pix: image optimization app

Hi,

Please help. I installed the Pix Image Optimization to the shop, Lorenza theme, and it caused all of the images to become blurry when I zoomed in.

How can I reverse this change in image quality?
What alternatives do I have to optimize the website?
