Losing Shipping/Delivery Details

Hi Everyone,

Shopify App new updated version merged Name under Shipping Address and Name on Billing address into one name.

I sell flowers arrangements, so Recipient’s name and Sender’s name is not the same if customer chose delivery, but Shopify app now only displays one name which is name on billing address . There is no recipient’s name under Shipping Address like before.

 

We don’t know name of the person who will receive the arrangement. Without the recipient’s name if delivery address is a business, we couldn’t find the right person to hand flowers to.

 

These pictures are showing the same order info, but using different app version . I must hide my customer’s personal info, so sorry if pictures are confusing.

I asked Shopify support agent but he can’t do anything with it. Please help!!!
