Lost all inventory when linking with Quickbooks via OneSaas

Can anyone help me with this?  New to Shopify.  Had all inventory entered into Shopify.  Today I connected with Quickbooks via OneSaas and now every single item in my inventory has "0" quantity.  No idea why or how it happened.  Really need to get back online asap.  Thanks in advance

I am not sure of how inventory to zero. But a quick fix would be to reupload the new inventory csv via the inventory section. Please do let me know if any other queries.
