Loyalty Program with Rewards, Ranks, and VIP discounts

Hi,

I'm looking to move my store onto Shopify but I need help finding a loyalty program first. Please let me know if you have any suggestions based on my criteria.

• Need to be logged in to purchase*
• Reward customer with points for:
  • money spent*
  • posting on social media (could just be manual point giving)*
  • referring a friend
  • etc.
• Increase a customer's "rank" when they reach a certain amount of points*
• Rewards for each rank include:
  • store-wide discounts and/or in-store cash (increase as you increase rank)*
  • Free gifts for birthdays
  • Free gifts for rank upgrades*
  • Different shipping rules per rank
  • giveaway entries (more entries for higher ranks)

My website is currently on Woocommerce. I use GamiPress plugins to run the point system and the ranks upgrades. Then when a rank upgrades I change the customers role and with that comes price changes and whatnot. It's not a great system and I don't know how long it will last.

I appreciate any suggestions. I'm open to using a collection of apps as well if they work well together.

I have an offline + online clothing brand and i use 99minds Loyalty and Gift card so that my customers can redeem gift cards and loyalty points in store and online, in any channel of their choice. It ticks all the features you need plus  instore and online POS integration with also integrating Gift Cards. You can reward customers for various things like referring a friend, money spent, repeat purchases, posting on social media, (which you have to assign points manually). It has a whole lot more features which are very needful for any clothing brand to increase customer retention and loyalty. Personally my repeat ourchases have skyrocketed ever since this integration.
