Loyalty Program

There are too many Loyalty Applications to search through and I'm finding many of the websites to not include the information I'm looking for (i.e. wasting time looking at websites with little to no information/pictures/videos and want me to signup for a demo, suspicious/most likely going to waste of my time). /rantoff

Is there a rewards program that meets the following requirements for a Brick and Mortal with an eCommerce site.

- Customer Virtual Card - Allow scanning of customers virtual card from POS to get customer information AND/OR add points manually?

- Fully integrated so after customer scan, can immediately apply active discounts, coupons, vouchers that customer has earned.  Ideally we would like the cashier to scan the customer and info shows up, and touch a tile to apply discount; so easy to use. 

- Tiered program based on total points accumulated.

- Automatically generate Vouchers or QR Codes redeemable when attaining certain tier, but also ability for customer to select their own discount, coupon, voucher with points that do not detract from total point accumulated.

- Points for.. Interactions (social media),  surveys, referrals, purchases and visits; where visits are customizable.

- Customers ability to opt out of SMS, email, push, etc...

- Customers profile to select interests so we can market to targeted groups.. (e.g. customers who check coffee vs. customers who checked puzzles... I only want to market promotion A to customer group coffee).

- Small business, so cost is a huge factor.

- Customizable rewards - Coupon for both set amount and percentage, voucher for items, etc..

Nice to Have's

- Gift cards - single app for simplification vs. integrating with default.

Hopefully not asking for a unicorn, but any help pointing us in the right directly would be helpful.

I have an offline + online store and i use 99minds Loyalty and Gift card so that my customers can redeem gift cards and loyalty points in store and online, in any channel of their choice. It ticks all the features you need instore and online POS integration with also integrating Gift Cards.
