Hi, 

I am looking for a loyalty program which can tick all the below boxes

1. Points based
2. Earn points through spend, referrals, sign ups, birthday and more
3. Able to visually see your current points at the checkout stage or within your own account.

The app in my signature has a Loyalty module with some/most features you request:

1. Points based, yes

2. Customers can earn points with purchases, sign up (account), birthday, leaving a review with Judge.me.

No referrals at the moment, but this is a future feature.

3. Customers can visualize the points and redeem them on the account page, see the demo site

We have recently partnered up with easyPoints on our post-purchase surveys and found a 5x increase in survey answer rate when loyalty points are awarded as part of the survey. That way you can gain consumer insights while giving them rewards. (Makes people want to cherish the points more since they have earned it rather than just being handed the points) 

Their feature seems to have checked most of your boxes I believe, would suggest checking them out!
