Mailchimp App - Delays with Subscribers Syncing from Shopify to Mailchimp

Hi There,

I have been having issues with our home page sign-ups; customers who sign up via the home page seem to be delayed by about 3 hours in some cases. I only realised this after creating a new Welcome Email with a discount code. Customers who purchase online seem to sync correctly. 

I have hit force sync to see if that helps 

Any other things I could try here to resolve?
