Hi, 

I have the mailerlite app installed, and my mailer lite pop is working on the site and collecting emails. 

I have a footer with a newsletter subscription, how do I connect this CTA to my mailerlite?

I believe that requires Liquid code adjustment so that the form is connected to the app.
