Marketing email pre-built templates compatible with Shopify email app

Hi,

We are looking at an app that can give us pre-built templates that we can use for marketing campaigns using default Shopify email app (https://apps.shopify.com/shopify-email).  I know we can customize the available templates, but we do not have time and expertise to do that and would prefer if an app has templates we can use directly with the Shopify emails. 

Looking forward to some suggestions.
